TERMS OF SALE
INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 22 MAY 1999 N.185 RELATING TO THE PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS IN THE MATTER OF DISTANCE CONTRACTS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Within and no later than 10 working days from receipt of the ordered material, you may withdraw from the supply contract by notifying Tokyo Zone at its headquarters in Via San Cresci 43 - 50013 - Campi Bisenzio by registered letter with return receipt, specifying that it is a withdrawal request - purchase - site tokyozone.it. Any other way of communicating the intention to withdraw will be considered invalid and ineffective. If you exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must return the purchased items within and no later than 10 working days from the date of delivery. The costs for returning the items are exclusively your responsibility. Tokyo Zone will refund the amounts paid by you within 30 days of receiving the items by sending a bank transfer. Therefore, together with the material, you must attach the following data: ABI, CAB, ACCOUNT NUMBER, CIN, ACCOUNT HOLDER'S NAME, IBAN CODE. For orders from abroad, you must instead provide: BANK NAME, BANK ADDRESS, CURRENT ACCOUNT NUMBER, SWIFT, ACCOUNT HOLDER'S NAME, IBAN CODE.
IMPORTANT:
for any material not available within a paid order, the corresponding amount will be refunded or a discount voucher will be issued for use on the next order, if the customer wishes.
PACKAGES RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER UNAVAILABILITY
If an order is returned to Tokyo Zone, the staff will contact the customer to inform them of the occurrence. In this case, the following will apply:
1. for resending the package, the customer must pay a penalty of Euro 15.00 (as reimbursement for management costs), payment must be made in advance. Only after receipt of the payment (e-mail tokyo_zone@hotmail.com) will Tokyo Zone resend the order. The customer will have 10 days from the date of notification to send us a response. After this period, it will no longer be possible to resend the package;
2. if the customer is not interested in resending the ordered material, Tokyo Zone will issue a refund equivalent to the value of the ordered goods (excluding shipping costs), but will retain an amount of 8.00 Euro for management costs. This credit (refunded exclusively by bank transfer) will only be made upon written request from the customer sent by e-mail to tokyo_zone@hotmail.com or by mail.
